Military Might Publishing

 Military Might Publishing welcomes manuscript submissions from active-duty service members, veterans, and military family members. We consider both fiction and nonfiction across a variety of genres, and first-time authors are welcome.

Manuscripts submitted for consideration should be complete, thoroughly reviewed, and ready for publication consideration. 

Military Might Publishing is not a developmental editing service. Manuscripts requiring substantial rewriting, restructuring, developmental editing, or extensive copyediting may be returned to the author with a recommendation that professional editing be completed before the work is reconsidered.

We understand that finding the right editor can be challenging, particularly for military and veteran authors. MMP is currently developing relationships with professional editors and editing services so that, in the future, we can provide trusted recommendations to authors who need additional editorial support.

Our goal is not to change an author's voice. We want the books we publish to retain the authenticity and perspective of the people who wrote them while also meeting professional publishing standards.

Please include the following with your submission:

1. Full name and pen name, if applicable. 
2. Email address and telephone number. 
3. A brief author biography, including whether you are an active-duty service member, veteran, or military family member. 
4. Manuscript title and genre. 
5. Total word count. 
6. A manuscript overview or synopsis of no more than 500 words. 
7. Titles of previously published works. 
8. Publication history of the submitted manuscript, including whether it has previously been self-published or published by another publisher. 
9. A complete copy of the manuscript in Microsoft Word format. 

Submit your materials to info@militarymightpublishing.com with “New Submission” in the subject line.

Our initial review generally takes up to three weeks. Following review, a manuscript may be accepted for further consideration, returned with a recommendation for revision and resubmission, or declined.

 If your manuscript has previously been published, please tell us where and when it was published, whether it is currently available for sale, why you are seeking publication through Military Might Publishing, and what you hope to accomplish by republishing the work with MMP. 

Authors must control the rights necessary for Military Might Publishing to publish the work.
