Trevor is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and retired U.S. Air Force officer with over 20 years of experience in space operations and special operations. He is the CEO of Summit Advanced Program Consulting, Military Might Publishing, and The Mountain Hive, where he provides strategic leadership, publishing services, and community-focused collaboration spaces. His work supports transitioning service members, veterans, and their families through mentorship and resource-driven solutions.
Trevor is also a Colorado Governor’s Fellow (2023-24) and the Director for Nooks Colorado, where he led the establishment of operations for a defense startup, overseeing a $22 million construction project and securing $9 million in incentives. His ability to bridge public and private sectors fosters collaboration and innovation in both defense and community projects.
During his military career, Trevor served as the Initial Commander of the Common Mission Control Center (CMCC), the first multi-domain command and control center for the Department of Defense. He held key leadership positions at U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), commanding multiple operations and earning the Air Force Citation of Honor for his work in space and special technical operations.
Trevor is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), and Servant Leader (Greenleaf Institute). He is pursuing his PhD in Organizational Leadership and continues to mentor transitioning service members through Hiring Our Heroes, Onward to Opportunity and Mountain Hives. An advocate for community engagement, he serves on the El Paso County Salvation Army Advisory Board and is an active member of several local organizations, including the Colorado Springs Chamber, Rotary, and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Alison is a dynamic leader passionate about bringing people together through creative and meaningful interactions. With nearly 20 years in the hospitality and event production, she specializes in curating immersive community experiences that foster connection, inspire engagement, and create lasting memories.
As a mother of three, Alison is devoted to raising compassionate individuals who contribute to the their community. Her deep-rooted passion for community building drives her work, She believes in the power of authentic gatherings as a catalyst for change, providing inspired platforms where people can meet on common ground.
Her diverse portfolio includes producing large-scale events such as galas, races, civic leader addresses, fundraisers, inaugurations, festivals, and the Olympic Hall of Fame, Diner en blanc as well as intimate and intentional gatherings Alison’s attention to detail and ability to craft unique experiences ensure that every guest walks away with meaningful new memories.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Alison serves on the Board of Directors for NAMI and Junior Achievement, as well as volunteering for WeFortify, CS Hispanic Chamber, D20 and Solid Rock further demonstrating her commitment to strengthening communities through advocacy, education, and impactful programming.
Joanne brings over 30 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, business management, and community service. As Editor and Publisher for Military Might Publishing, she oversees publishing operations, including document formatting, press releases, and social media strategy, ensuring stories from veterans and military families are shared with authenticity and excellence.
In addition, Joanne serves as Administrator for Military Might Co., managing operations across all business divisions. Her career at AT&T spanned 30+ years in roles such as network services manager and account manager. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch Make Your Own Memories, a creative business focused on capturing special moments,
A dedicated community advocate, Joanne held leadership roles in PG P.R.I.D.E., Kiwanis International, and Peninsula Christian Center, supporting local education, children’s initiatives, and nonprofit financial operations. She is a proud mother of three children, has shared 30 year with Thomas J. Stewart, is a daughter of a veteran of the USAF and comes from a large family with four sisters and one brother.
Thomas brings a wealth of experience in telecommunications and labor leadership to the board. For 40 years, he worked as a splicing technician for AT&T on California’s Monterey Peninsula, playing an integral role in maintaining and improving communication infrastructure for the region. His dedication to excellence and problem-solving earned him the respect of colleagues and the community alike.
Beyond his technical career, Thomas was a passionate advocate for workers’ rights and workplace equity. He served as both Vice President and President of Communications Workers of America (CWA) Local 9423, where he negotiated labor agreements, led organizational initiatives, and worked tirelessly to improve conditions for union members. His leadership strengthened the union’s presence and fostered collaboration between labor and management, leaving a lasting impact.
Thomas is a proud alumni of the University of California, Berkeley, where he developed his interest in advocacy and community engagement. He continues to dedicate himself to service and mentorship, bringing his experience and dedication to every role he takes on. His lifelong commitment to fostering connections and supporting others reflects his enduring belief in the power of community.
